How should I care for my new shoes?
Your shoes are a work of art! The illustration and canvas have been sealed
and weatherproofed. However, you should treat your shoes as any decorative
or dress shoe and avoid exposing them to the elements when possible.
Water and cleaning solutions may damage the illustration(s). Do so at your
own risk. Neither Signature Soles, LLC nor Anna Boccarossa are responsible
for damage caused to illustration or shoes by misuse or neglect.
Lightly brushing a clean, dry toothbrush over the canvas surface will loosen
debris, raise fibers and brighten the illustration.
Are my only design choices the ones shown?
No. The illustrations shown are examples highlighting Anna's ability to draw a wide variety of illustrations. You can
request a drawing that is not shown.
Will it take a long time to get my shoes?
That depends on the complexity of the drawing.
Are the shoes refundable?
We want you to be happy with your purchase; and we are confident that you will be. However, shoes are not stocked items. Each drawing is custom made per order. Therefore, they cannot be resold by Signature Soles and are not refundable.
Does the price quoted, include the cost of the shoes?
Yes. Price reflects cost of shoes plus the illustration, and standard ground shipping within the continental United States.
